Design PhaseMemorable events start with great design! Our talented and experienced team of designers will help you refine and articulate a clear vision for your event. At our design brainstorming session, we will review all the magazine and internet tear sheets you have collected; discuss color, theme and style; and help you establish priorities. Feel free to bring your mom, your sister, your best friend… even your fiancée! This is the fun part and the more the merrier!! When the concept for your event is fully articulated, we will develop an event design plan to infuse this concept into all aspects of your event. There are so many ways to personalize your event… save-the-date cards to thank you notes, welcome baskets to parting treats, and everything in between. We design everything with your personal style and priorities in mind. Your vision is our top priority. We don’t just want your event to be beautiful... ProductionYour wedding day!! The culmination of so many plans and dreams. Our production teams strive to ensure that your day is as stress free as possible. If something goes wrong, which it will, we hope you never know it happened. During the event, our seasoned and level-headed coordinators are there to direct your rehearsal, ceremony and reception. All of us are experienced at assisting vendors, managing event installations, handling unforeseen situations and catering to family and guest needs and expectations. We will meet with you in the weeks before your event to develop a timeline for the day. We will talk about how you want the event to flow and determine the timing. Then, working with your venue and vendors we will create a production schedule for the event. On the day of the event, it’s our job to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
